Capturall

For consultants

Client sessions become deliverable notes, not homework.

You bill for judgement, not for typing up what was said. Capturall records client sessions on your own device, transcribes them on-device, and hands you decisions, action points and a summary you can drop into your engagement notes — with every claim traceable to the moment it was said.

The problem, honestly stated

The write-up eats the evening

A 90-minute workshop produces two hours of note-writing. That time is unbillable, and it gets worse the more clients you run in parallel.

Confidentiality clauses vs. cloud recorders

Many engagement contracts and NDAs make it hard to justify sending client audio to a third-party cloud, especially one outside the EU.

“Who agreed to what?”

Weeks later, a decision is disputed. Without a traceable record, it is your memory against the client's.

How Capturall helps in client work

Session notes, structured

Summary, decisions, action points with owner and deadline, and open questions — generated from the transcript, not from your tired memory at 22:00.

Decisions you can point to

Every decision carries a citation to the exact transcript moment. When a scope discussion resurfaces, you link to the sentence, not to a recollection.

Client audio stays on your hardware

On-device transcription on iPhone and Mac means audio never leaves your device by default — a straightforward story for NDAs and DPAs. When EU cloud is used instead, the transcript says so.

Consent built into the flow

An explicit consent step before capture makes the recording conversation with your client a normal, professional moment instead of an awkward one.

Frequently asked questions

Is this compatible with my NDA or confidentiality agreement?

We cannot review your contract for you, but the architecture helps: by default transcription runs on your own device and audio never leaves it. When cloud processing is used, it is EU-only with a zero-data-retention posture, and every transcript is labelled with the path used. That gives you a concrete, checkable story to bring to your client.

Do I have to ask my client for permission to record?

Yes, and Capturall assumes you will: there is an explicit consent step before any capture. Most consultants find clients agree readily once they hear audio stays on the consultant's device by default.

Can I use the notes directly in my deliverables?

The summary, decisions and action points are written to be copied into your own documents and adapted. Citations let you verify anything before it goes into a client-facing deliverable.

Does it work in workshops with multiple speakers?

Capturall records the room from your device and transcribes what it hears. Structured insights work on the full transcript. Multi-speaker workshops are exactly the sessions where a traceable record matters most.

What does early access involve?

We are onboarding in small groups so we can take feedback seriously. You request access, we email you honestly about timing, and there is no charge during early access.
